I have a brief pictorial on Rocky Point / Puerto Penasco on the Mexico page of my site. I've been there soooo many times and always have fun. Besides Cholla Bay for partying, there is a small oceanarium on the Las Conchas road, and an estuary that is great for exploring around.
The Happy Dolphin is a favorite place to eat. If You go and like shrimp make sure to take a coller to bring them back.
