It should be published in the Merida phone directory, but you only find these in the largest cities. Or information from Southern Bell (or any other phone company) should be able to help you.

By the way, Merida is a beautiful city in the Andes, surrounded by 17,000 feet mountains. You might enjoy going there, if you get a good airfare. However, you should keep in mind that hotels in Venezuela are very expensive just now.
