Hi cindy,
I'm completly agree with the mail written by Griffin. You must visit the Hasan II Mosquee, it's beautiful. If you have the opportunity visit Marrakesh, it's a so contrsting city that I love it.
Good trip

Iagree as well with the provided tips,n for me casablanca was fairly boring! The Hassan II mosuqe is beautifull but if yuo consider where this money could also be used for, it looses a bit of it's beauty. There is one fruit bar by the way, you can get 1 lioter of fresh squeezed fruit juice for something like 80 cents of euro... (at least, 3 years ago, it is very ugly with green plastic roof, but the fruit is delicious!!)

Hi Cindy,

I was not that impressed with Casablanca. It is a very modern and crowded city and there wasn't much to see there. The Hassan II Mosque is a must see it is right on the Ocean and is a wonderful piece of architecture. If you have additional time the Place Mohammed V and the old town are also not bad, but they are not that interesting. Other than that there really isn't anything to see in Casablanca. Are you just stopping through Casablanca or going there specifically to visit the city? I also went to Fes and felt that it was a much better place to visit. There were more things to do and see from a touristy perspective and there was a much stronger culture there. I have also heard that Marakesh is a great place to visit, but I wasn't able to make it there.
