Welcome to Brandon Raynor's School of Natural Therapies. ( http://www.brandonraynor.com) We are a massage therapy school that holds massage therapy courses worldwide. Starting off in Sydney, Australia in 1999 we have now grown to hold massage courses in more than 30 locations worldwide.
Whether you be in London, England or Cairns, Queensland or Cape Town, South Africa we now have a massage course near you.
Our Raynor massage therapy style is style developed by Brandon Raynor, an Australian Naturopath, with qualifications in Western Naturopathy, Remedial Massage, Chinese Medicine, Japanese Shiatsu and Ayurvedic Medicine from India. He wove the knowledge that he gained from his many years of study and experience in all these disciplines to develop a unique massage style called Raynor massage.
Raynor massage is simple to learn but very powerful to use. It can be learned in our 5 day Massage Certificate Course or more extensively in our 10 day Massage Diploma Course which includes aromatherapy and reflexology.
Raynor massage has been described as one of the deepest forms of massage available in the world today. We believe that if you learn deep tissue massage with us then the other more light forms of massage such as Swedish massage, Therapeutic massage etc will be easy.
The way we present our massage courses, by following the Keep it Simple Philosophy means that even people with no prior experience in the field of massage therapy can learn our style of massage in either one full week or two weeks.
Many people can not believe how much they learned in such a short period of time with our massage school. People find it hard to believe that not only are our massage courses much shorter and considerably less expensive than many of the other massage courses offered at other massage schools, our massage courses will actually make you a better massage therapist!
You will be able to be a more versatile therapist able to serve the needs of your client after completing our massage course. You will be able to do a deep massage strong enough for the toughest client as well as do a light relaxing massage for the more delicate clients. You will learn to massage all the major areas of the body including the back, legs, feet , hand, face, abdomen, hips neck and shoulders.
You will learn the contraindications to massage, proper hygiene for a massage therapist, professional behavior required in the massage industry, as well as a whole host of practical massage techniques using your hands, elbows, and knuckles. You will also learn stretches from massage traditions such as Thai massage and Shiatsu.
